How to Participate

Joining the Kettlebell Swing-a-Thon is simple! Start by registering based for either a virtual ticket or to attend the host location in Lancaster, PA. If you’re attending at the in-person host gym, select that ticket to attend. If you’re participating from home or another location, please choosthe virtual ticket. With your $25 donation, you’ll secure your spot and receive all the event details, including the Zoom link and promotional materials. On November 9th, grab your kettlebell and join us online from 10:00 AM ET (7:00 AM PT | 8:00 AM MT) to perform 10 swings every minute for one hour. Want to make an even bigger impact? Set up your personal fundraising page and invite friends and family to support your efforts! Together, we’ll swing for a cure and help cancer patients on their healing journey.
